SkyWalker Property Partners Gains Acquisitions Analyst

ARLINGTON, Texas – SkyWalker Property Partners has hired an MBA graduate with extensive experience in commercial real estate lending as acquisitions analyst.

The newest member of the team, Spencer J. Holmes, also is assisting with asset management. He recently relocated from Waco, Texas, where he earned his master's degree in business administration in May from Baylor University's Hankamer School of Business.

"SkyWalker's bulking up the team in advance of a new fund offering in 2015 with a new MBA who's experienced in commercial real estate acquisition and distressed loans," says Clint Holland, acquisitions director for locally based SkyWalker Property Partners.

Holmes most recently worked at AT&T Inc.'s Dallas headquarters as a Baylor Focus Firm project consultant. His background includes stints as an acquisitions analyst for FirstCity Financial Corp. in Waco, and credit analyst intern at First National Bank of Central Texas, also in Waco. He earned his bachelor's degree in business administration with a double major in finance and management in 2010 from Baylor University.

"With his background and SkyWalker's near-term plans, Spencer will be ramping up quickly in his role as acquisitions analyst," Holland says.
