SkyWalker Property Partners is actively involved in purchasing commercial real estate properties in Texas and throughout the Southwest. It's a three-step process at SkyWalker Property Partners when we source a deal we like – Evaluate, Negotiate and Close. We view opportunities individually and think out of the box when looking for value creation strategies.

Currently we are looking at acquisitions of Office, Industrial, Flex and Retail projects generally considered to be Class A, B and C properties with a price target of $1 million to $10 million and we have the resources for larger projects.

In the past most of our acquisition strategy has been driven by taking advantage of opportunities with distressed assets and turnaround situations. Often these assets are underperforming due to management issues, out-of-favor location, or bank-owned (REO) status. Though we continue to pursue these opportunities, we are also increasing our proportion of near-stabilized, cash-flowing projects.
