High Plaza Retail Center

Skywalker Property Partners purchased the High Plaza retail center in August 2019 as part of its Cash Flow Fever fund, a fund focused on generating high yield on stabilized investments. In Spring 2021, the anchor tenant, the East Texas Council of Governors, vacated their space, leaving 26,000 SF vacant. Skywalker was able to quickly arrange for O’Reilly Auto Parts to lease 100% of the unoccupied space, adding significant value to the retail center.
