Crescent Parc Phase I

Crescent Parc is a medical & office professional condo development near the intersection of Hwy 380 and Coit Road in McKinney, TX. The original project scope included 25 single-story buildings totaling 150,000 square feet to be developed in two phases. Roughly 70% through the development of Phase I, the developer was indicted by the SEC and the development was subsequently seized by the bankruptcy court, and later sold to Skywalker Property Partners. Skywalker completed Phase I, generating a 43.85% IRR and 1.78X equity multiple, and has broken ground on Phase II.
