The historic building, currently fully leased, represents a “labor of love” for SkyWalker Property Partners. Years were invested into renovating the two-story building, now listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Acquired in 2003, the building was the headquarters of our affiliate, SCM Real Estate Services, and now has several professional office tenants.
